From time to time, we all find ourselves thinking about something that isn’t helpful to think about, or isn’t useful for us to think about – and this is often a common part of anxiety and related challenges. I know how annoying that can be!
So I made a quick video to explain how to stop thinking about ‘it’, whatever ‘it’ is for you. Watch now
As I explain in the video there’s a short term answer and a long term answer.
But most people, most of the time, only need the short term one. I explain how to do that, and the big mistake to avoid which people often make when they’re trying to “stop thinking about it!”
If there’s a longer term problem there, you might need to figure out what the root cause is in order to really stop this problem – again I outline some of those possibilities in the video.
