I used to suffer from stress and anxiety – but most health professionals were unable to help me.

I felt restless and tense; I had physical symptoms including heart palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath (feeling like I couldn’t breathe enough air), and chronic pain in my hands that threatened my career; I worried excessively about my health; I was overly irritable; and more.

Everyone experiences stress and anxiety differently. You might feel ‘stressed’ or ‘anxious’, but you might not; you may experience psychological symptoms (e.g. anxiety attacks or panic attacks, excessive anger, etc), or not; you might have physical symptoms (like mine above), or not.
